PayTm Money App Fails to Impress Users

PayTm Money App Fails to Impress Users?

A lot of hullabaloo has been made after the launch of PayTm Money App. While a lot of tall claims are being made on the different websites, but the reality is far away from it. Most of the users who have installed this app have called it disappointing and have rated it low.

Paytm Money App Reviews

Paytm Money Mutual Fund investment app looked very promising but starting from processing of KYC to hectic log in procedure to internal server errors, the app didn’t keep up to the expectations of the clients. Some users blamed it on the lack of manpower and other blamed on the management for it, but whatever the reason was, the app owners should clearly mend it otherwise they will surely lose their market share.

Apart from that, the app is missing on some basic features like importing of folios, creating multiple folios, etc. Even the app was not able to verify certain bank accounts like IDBI bank, Vijaya bank account, and ICICI bank account.

Out of 10,000 downloads (approx), various users have called this PayTm Money app as a disaster and are in no way near to ET money app and Zerodha coin app, but we still feel that the company can improve this app with little efforts.
